Kemin Consumer Care has introduced Satise™ Satiety Aid, a weight management aid. The active ingredient in Satise, known as proteinase inhibitor 2 (PI2), is a protein extract derived from potatoes. According to Kemin, clinical studies have shown PI2 is effective in producing natural feelings of fullness and satiety. Satise is produced in capsules with a recommended dosage of one capsule 30 minutes prior to the two largest meals of the day.
